Title: Corn and Goat Cheese Flan

 cKernels)
1/2lbFresh goat cheese
6 Eggs
  Salt and freshly ground
  Black pepper Cayenne or
  Pure ground chile, New
  Mexican style
  (optional)

Preheat oven to 325 F and butter 6 small souffli dishes.

Put kernels in food processor and puree. Crumble cheese over top and puree again. Add eggs 1 at a time through lid with machine running. Add seasonings and puree again.

Scoop mixture into baking dishes and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until the center is set. Makes 6 servings.
